Parameters

• Simulation object - Search after this simulation object for the constraint
• Constraining Pipe - Object variable to receive the returned constraining Pipe

• Update Pipe Flows Locally
• Update Pipe flows immediate
• Update all Ideal Rates to Capacities
• Set all Pipe flow rates
• Set all Ideal Rates to Infinity
