Retention of personal information

After termination, we may, unless legally prohibited, delete all customer information, from Simul8 Online.

If you have elected to receive marketing communications from us, we retain information about your marketing preferences for a reasonable period of time from the date you last expressed interest in our content, products, or services, such as when you last opened an email from us or ceased using your Simul8 products or services. Use by our users

Our customers use Simul8 Online to build simulations that they can use to learn more about their business. Simul8 Corporation does not control the content of these simulations or the types of information that our users may choose to share using Simul8 Online. Simul8 Corporation processes our users information as they direct and in accordance with our agreements with our users, and we store it on Amazon Web Services' servers. Our agreements with our users prohibit us from using that information, except as necessary to provide and improve Simul8 Online, as permitted by this Privacy Policy, and as required by law.
