This Template is self documenting.

All you need to do is to select the Data option in the menu bar. This will let you see the input timings - results are shown at the end of the run.

Every project will be different, of course, so use the Template to see how to simulate a Critical Path, and then either amend it to suit your own situation or restart it, using the structure here.
