The clock is the heart of SIMUL8. Before continuing you need to decide on the Time units you want to work use (minutes, seconds or hours) and how long to run the simulation.
SIMUL8's default is to run a 40 hour week, 9am to 5pm. Select Clock menu, Clock Properties option to edit the clock.
Set the start time to 6am (06:00), and the Time in each day to 18:00. The clock will now run for 18 hours per day starting at 6am.
Next change the Results Collection Period. The default is to collect results for 40 hours. There are now 90 hours per week, and the Results Collection Period should match that. Change the Results Collection Period by pressing the button and entering 5400 (90 hours per week times 60 minutes per hour).
