Direct Modeling Support (DMS) gives you direct access to experienced simulation consultants who can provide you with front line modeling support and training.

Our DMS Service is provided to ensure that customers derive maximum success from their simulation projects.

You can decide what you want to cover using DMS. So for example, you can ask typical questions such as ‘Can you write an example to show me how I can model X, can you show me in a web demonstration how to do Y, how can I speed up my simulation?' We can also review your simulation and give you hints and tips on how to improve it.

With this service you get access to simulation consultants who use SIMUL8 everyday working with blue chip clients throughout the world.
As a result you get up to speed with SIMUL8 much quicker than you would on your own as they can advise on the best ways of modeling typical process scenarios.

The DMS Service allows us to teach you how to get the best out of your SIMUL8 Software. The knowledge and skills that you learn as a result of this service can be re-used on future projects.

Delivery
DMS is very flexible in that it can be delivered when you need it using a combination of email, telephone and web conferencing. 

Cost
DMS is available to buy in hourly blocks. A minimum of 5 hours has to be purchased initially at a rate of $240 per hour.
