Annual Maintenance

Annual Maintenance is available on all SIMUL8 simulation products. This service entitles you to upgrades for all new SIMUL8 software releases and product enhancements launched throughout the year.

It also includes Free Feature Support from our dedicated simulation consultants. Feature Support includes technical advice on the following:

  • SIMUL8 Feature Specific Questions
  • Questions concerning how SIMUL8 works
  • Questions on SIMUL8 installation and software requirements

Annual Maintenace for SIMUL8 Professional 2011 onwards also includes a SIMUL8 Live Passport for access to secure online simulation sharing and project management. Find out more

Annual Maintenance for SIMUL8 Basic costs $295 per license per year and for SIMUL8 Professional costs $899 per license per year.
This service is delivered by email, telephone and via our online support helpdesk.

Please Note: Purchasing your SIMUL8 software upgrades in advance via this service saves you money as it is less expensive than buying software upgrades at time of release.

Annual Support plans can be tailored to meet your exact individual or company requirements so that you can derive maximum success from your SIMUL8 simulation software.

You can extend the level of support that you receive beyond Feature Support by including elements of Direct Modeling Support or Training within your customized support plan.

A customized support plan allows you to define service levels also.
