Our Culture Team Building
Team building is encouraged with team based training programmes, and also through day to day work activities and specialized teams created for working on particular projects. There is also our formal 3 monthly 'company projects' initiative, which involves the creation of cross-functional autonomous teams created to improve internal processes (ideas for projects are created by the employees, not implemented top-down). Working in these teams allows employees to work together that may not work with each other through their day to day job responsibilities and enhances the skills set of all employees involved. SIMUL8 Corporation believes that through exposure to other departments, encouraged at induction and throughout, and the creation of project teams which allows employees to work with a range of different employees from other teams' with different skill sets, increases each employees productivity and also employees' team working skills for their future benefit. Team Activities: Working for SIMUL8 is fast paced and varied, we work hard, however we also play hard! We hold monthly afternoons out of the office, both to encourage teambuilding but also for fun and to thank employees for their hard efforts. See some photos from our most recent team outing!!
