Does your simulation project have a “Project Champion”?

Brian Harrington  /   Mar 12, 2015

The role of the Project Champion is critical to the success of the overall analysis; especially when it comes to implementation. The Project Champion is usually a management personnel who owns the process. They have a completely different role than the overall management of the simulation team. Often the two perspectives differ because the Project Champion deals with the daily tasks of managing the facility.

As with most cross-functional projects, the roles & responsibilities within a simulation team are critical to the overall success of the project. Please stay tuned for our next whitepaper discussion on “The DNA of a Successful Simulation Team”.
